“I approach therapy in partnership with whomever I am helping. I use person-centered- cognitive behavioral therapy (with a dash of humor) to help people get to know and understand themselves in a way that helps manage anxiety, uncertainty, avoidance, and the pursuit of perfection. Essentially, we work together to change anxious thoughts and the behavior those thoughts can trigger.”
