Therapy Approach

“I assist clients in finding relief from psychological and emotional suffering, promote healing of the self, and support them in the development of skills to lead more enjoyable lives. My goal is to establish a high-quality therapeutic relationship with each client that seeks services by being respectful, genuine, and non-judgemental. I appreciate and value good humor and hope to hold a space for my clients to feel comfortable in being their true selves. I believe providing a healthy space for deep, holistic exploration of the self and society with an emphasis on the family system is important in the healing process. The theoretical orientation which influences the way I conduct my clinical work is an integration of Adlerian, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered theories.”
